Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ):

Lamination goods MOQ of 600 pieces per style is required.

For Promotional Bags, generally the MOQ is 1000 pieces per style.

For both Lamination goods and Promotional Bags, the minimum order size isUS$5,000. Any order below US$5,000, if accepted, is subject to a handling charge of US$200 per order.

Price:

Prices will be provided upon request. Prices are generally quoted on FOB Shenzhen-China or Other port in China and based on shipment by sea and loaded directly from our China factory. LCL shipment by air will attract surcharge.

Delivery:

45 to 60 days after confirmation of samples and our receipt of an acceptable letter of credit.

Payment:

By sight and letter of credit. Or Deposit if order over USD 15,000.00 (30% deposit when place order, balance before shipment). Below USD 15,000.00- 30% Deposit and balance before shipment.

Samples delivery with logo:

- Stamped Products (leather): 7-10 working days.

- Screen Imprint: Approximately 7-10 working days.

Art Charges:

There is no art charge when "camera ready" artwork is supplied.

Shipping:

Normal shipping by Sea at China. F.O.B. will be in your forwarder. If CIF term, forwarder determination will be by cariforce

Order Acknowledgments:

All orders are acknowledged promptly. Please review the acknowledgment carefully and advise immediately by fax or E-mail. if there are any discrepancies or variances from your original instructions. Cariforce will not be held responsible for

discrepancies not brought to our attention.

Changes To Orders:

All changes to existing orders must be made in writing and submitted to factory within Ten days.

Samples will be subjected to End Quantity and only one piece will be free.
